3. Premium Features

Premium features are available through in-app purchases. All purchases are:

• Subject to the terms of your mobile platform's store
• Billed to your platform account

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the App. By providing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display that content.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
